We had an exceptional experience here today. While we had to drive over an hour to get to Eastern, it was well worth the trip. The General Manager, Ali, helped us find a perfect fit for a sales person. Gabe Diaz was FANTASTIC! He literally spent his entire day helping us. Gabe was extremely patient and knowledgeable with the car we were looking at. he had a great sense of humor and related very well to us, even though we are almost twice his age. I appreciated Gabe's great grammar and proper use of the English language. He was proper and polite with his manners as well. I was impressed with his ability to connect with us as quickly as he did. Gabe was not pushy or abrasive in any way. Gabe did a great job not only listening to us, but HEARING us. In a passing conversation we mentioned the next transaction will be trading in my Kia Sorrento. Gabe told me that he would sure love to help us when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle. He said it would be fun to see us again. We clearly had a good visit here! I would absolutely make this drive when I'm ready! I was extremely appreciative of Ali's attentiveness to us as well. He did a great job of checking in, but not stepping on Gabe's toes. Overall, we are super happy! More

I first told that the damaged was appraised in the price 🤔(I would have expect that response from a mom & pop shop not well known dealership). Then the manager advised that they can fix it but they will charge me 😲 (I’m the customer who would like to purchase not get an extra service). Meaning, once the damaged is fixed the sales price will increase. The situation should have been handled differently. The respectful and appropriate response from all at the dealership should have been “My apology, we didn’t notice the damaged, if you decide to take it as is we can knock $1000 off for damaged/inconvenience or we can fix the damaged with no additional cost to you!” 🧐 Ended up getting a different vehicle and satisfied. Please carefully inspect the vehicle before purchase. More
