have been having on-going issues with the finance department for gap Insurance since August 2023. I've been talking with several rude people in that department with talking with food in their mouth, department for gap Insurance since August 2023. I've been talking with several rude people in that department with talking with food in their mouth, gum and smacking while conducting business. Messages that goes unresolved, just overall unprofessional. This is the Rosedale, Maryland location. I just want to receive my GAP INSURANCE as all paperwork has been received with no follow-up. This treatment is unacceptable for a respectable business to allow a few bad apples affect the ratings of this establishment. I would like to get the money that's owed to me with no reprocessing. It's not fair to keep people in limbo over their money. More
