James answered, listened carefully to what I wanted, then told me he'd look and see what he could find and he'd call me back in "just a few" - y'all, he meant it. He called back less than ten minutes later. He found my new car, but we'd need to order it. We made an appointment, got our stuff handled, and James REGULARLY updated me about the wait without me having to ask. Son and his girlfriend went a bought a preowned car from here in December. Son had to sell his old car for couple hundred dollars for down payment according to company. Son gives down payment and 4 weeks later they call and say they can not get him financed unless he puts $1,000 down and rush and sign paper work. They do this first part of February, now Eastern Shore Toyota telling them they need more money to finance them. They have let them drive car for over a few months and made them leave work early because they were told they had to sign the paperwork. I do not think this company knows what they are doing. Keep letting car get driven for month and then ask for more money. I have made sure coworkers know not to go there, in fact have 2 other coworkers that were not satisfied with this stealership. More

I brought my car in for oil change and they said I need a battery I ok so I told them to put one I was here for two hours and 30 mins get home and check see what they have done I had to come back and sit for battery I ok so I told them to put one I was here for two hours and 30 mins get home and check see what they have done I had to come back and sit for another hour for them to put my battery in.
