2016 Toyota Camry purchased new at EST I know everyone is busy and thinks their time is too valuable to waste, but I drove 45 minutes to Eastern Shore Toyota, to the experts I could trust I know everyone is busy and thinks their time is too valuable to waste, but I drove 45 minutes to Eastern Shore Toyota, to the experts I could trust, because of a problem with my tire. I could have had the oil changed closer to home. When I made the 11/13/17 appointment, I described the problem with my tire. The "low tire pressure" light had started coming on back in July. We'd put air in the tire and it would be okay for a month or so. For the couple of weeks prior to the appointment, the light was coming on every couple of days. When I arrived for the service appointment, I repeated my concern about my tire. When the service rep called me up to check out and reported that they had rotated the tires and everything looked fine, I asked what the problem with the left front tire was. He didn't have any idea what I was talking about. When I insisted that something was wrong with the tire and that I was worried because I was going on a trip, he supposedly went out and checked the tire again. This time he told me that the tire was fine and that "temperature changes" cause the low tire pressure light to come on. The second day after my service appointment, the light came on again and the tire pressure was down from 36 psi to only 24 psi. I took my Camry to a local garage. It took only a couple of minutes for the mechanic to show me a screw embedded in the tread. If your technician had taken the tire off to rotate, and had looked, he should have seen the screw. It was obvious. In addition, my hubcap was loose and about to come off. I'm very dissatisfied with this service as well as with the apparent disregard for customer safety evidenced by this service technician. Carol McNeff More

After purchasing my first Rav 3 years ago, I had all of my service done at this dealership as well. Every time, the service was amazing. Very comfortable facility and ultra-nice staff from service professional to cashier. However, Justin is absolutely the best! He treats me like family. Even called me on my birthday! I was unavailable to come to the dealership when I was interested in my second Rav and he brought it to my house for me to view and test drive while he was on his lunch hour!!!
