After LOOKING and a good conversation with the sales personal we leased a Toyota Tacoma 4 x 4 from Eastern Shore Toyota. We received excellent information by the sales personal and management so we proceeded with a great lease deal, in our minds. All within 3-4 hours there at the dealership. We even had our Toyota Highlander service there the next day. The 15,000 mile service light came on during our 1300 mile trip down to Daphne, Al. We were treated like royalty by the sales staff all the while there at Eastern Shores. The sales person we dealt with was very informative and handled our dilemma of our journey back home with a second vehicle. We are very happy with our new 2018 truck and 2017 Highlander. Couldn't be happier I wanted to buy from Eastern Shore Toyota because I had used their service department for thirteen years and was very pleased. I began my search in Ma I wanted to buy from Eastern Shore Toyota because I had used their service department for thirteen years and was very pleased. I began my search in March requesting a quote online. At that point I was not ready to buy and the car I was interested in sold. I contacted them again last Monday, making an appointment through Pete Pappelis with Seana on Wednesday. I test drove the Camry and the Avalon and decided on the Avalon but didn't want the color that I had tested. I went back Friday and tested a demmo which was more to my liking and bought it that day, as the 2018 Avalons were disappearing fast. Both Mr. Pappelis and Seana were very professional, conscientious and warm. It was a great experience. More

My service advisor, Billy West gave me weekly updates as to the status of the covered repair. I appreciated the time he took and the associates who helped me with the covered rental vehicle as well. Randy Brooks himself assisted early on and made sure I was provided another great interaction with this dealership.
