He's helpful, thoughtful and has a great personality. We bought our latest car, a 2019 Corolla Hatchback, from the VIP team, Brandon Farmer and Mack Herrin. Brandon was very helpful working out a deal that suited us. Mack was helpful and very knowledgeable about the Corolla. He offered to help us with understanding and operating any of the features at anytime in the future They were pleasant and friendly. We were treated to lunch at Yia Yia's Cafe while they were working out the details. It was the most stress free car purchasing experience we've had yet. Truly VIP treatment. We've always found the people in all the departments at Eastern Shore helpful and pleasant. I love the Corolla by the way, It handle well and is smooth and quiet. More

Hope they learn from my experience I waited to give my review as I have given this dealership multiple chances to get my experience right and this is not the only negative experience I I waited to give my review as I have given this dealership multiple chances to get my experience right and this is not the only negative experience I have had here. Where things started going wrong this go around was the day I decided to buy my car (if it was not the exact model with features I would not have bought it). I waited for 2 hours after coming in a second time that I scheduled with the sales man before someone started the credit process due to a meeting. Needless to say I left and told financing guy to have me ready the next day as my wife had to go to work. Mind the fact I already had a prequalification with Cap one which in the end is who I ended up going with so not sure why I waited 2 hours for nothing. I came back the next day to purchase the car with the stipulation they needed to replace the door panel due to a defect. I get a phone call from service to schedule me to come in for them to look at what needed to be ordered. I thought this was all set but now after purchasing the car almost 2 weeks ago they are just now ordering it. I told one of the managers that completed my paper work that I will be buying another vehicle within the next 18 months but will definitely not buy from them again as this has left a bad taste in my month. More
