BAD!!!! Got there @ 12 Saturday had 2 cars picked out by 5pm sales person told me we were next for financial paperwork sales manager said we were looking at 3 Got there @ 12 Saturday had 2 cars picked out by 5pm sales person told me we were next for financial paperwork sales manager said we were looking at 3 to 4 more hours and it was 7pm @ that time. So they let us take both cars home. To come back the next day Sunday. That we would in right in to do paperwork. I got a text from sales person at 1130 am telling me that they were there if I wanted to come in so I got there at 1145 and after waiting 2 hours I finally got my paperwork done!! And left there at 430 pm just to leave with a car that needs to b detailed and cleaned from stickers in windows. Also only got one key for my truck was told would leave with 2!!!!! On the plus side the guy that did the paperwork in the financial office was GREAT! More

Terrible service dept. I just pulled into the dealership to get my car serviced. After 10 minutes of waiting around for someone to acknowledge my existence, I decided to go I just pulled into the dealership to get my car serviced. After 10 minutes of waiting around for someone to acknowledge my existence, I decided to go inside to use the bathroom. After returning back to my truck, the same people were still there & still acted like I didn’t exist. At this point, I figured I’d mention to someone that I needed my truck serviced because apparently I would have been waiting forever if not. When I asked for some help & asked if someone planned on helping me I was ignored. Customer service rep (don’t know her name) finally got my keys after looking disgusted & asked for my number, which she said wasn’t in the system but it actually was. I told her that since I was already here that I needed my tires rotated but would not be back. Again, she could care less. What kind of service center is this? Why do these people work here? I’m not sure what’s going on here but something is definitely not right. Are they not getting any training? Are they underpaid, are they just lazy or is it a combination of factors. I’m not sure but whatever the case, I can say with certainly that this will be the last time that I ever visit this pathetic place. I don’t have time to deal with terrible customer service & will find myself another place from here on out. Thank God for competition is all I can say More
