Recently contacted a sales person, I was passed around. Was told to drive over from mobile and when I arrived, the person who I was suppose to see was not there anymore. I asked for the original sales person and even called that person myself and they never came. Very upset and have never been treated like that in all the years I have been a customer. I will never shop there again. I was even going to bring my daughter to do her first purchase on her own, but I’ll now be taking her some where else. More

I found out that Zachery was working there and decided to give them another chance ONLY because Zachery was working there! I am very very pleased with how he went above and beyond to find this car for me. I was wanting a particular exterior & interior color on a certain model, so this car had to be located. I am also happy with the price they met with me on. More

He made sure all the points were covered and that we were: (1) purchasing what we were looking for; (2) that we had the right color that we asked about; (3) that the vehicle was equipped with our desired options and (4) that we were pleased with the price. Enjoyed working with him and that is saying a lot when you’re talking about care salesmen. Things changed slightly however in the finance department. We ended up spending a lot more than we had agreed to with Justin. Lot of high pressure and paying for what I consider to be part of what was provided. This however, was my fault and a “lesson learned”which goes to show; “You’re never too old to learn. My experience with the service center has always been very good as I’ve used it for a few years for my Tacoma. No issues. And again, Justin is fantastic. It just seems that when we went for the final step, in the finance dept., things changed and our price increased by over 6 grand. Again, it’s on me!! More

We looked at several of the Camrys and Corollas on the lot, the salesman, Richie Peak, helped us decide on the new 2019 Toyota Camry that we liked and took us on a test drive. We were well pleased with the way it drove and all the safety features. Richie Peak showed us all the new computer technology features and how to use them on the car. He explained everything to us and was not a high pressure salesman, which we liked. We have purchased other Toyota cars from other dealerships. Our first was a new Toyota Corolla from another dealership, which we kept for 11-12 years. Then from another dealership, we have purchased 3 Toyota Camrys and all of them have lasted several years and have received high mileage out of them. We have had good performance from all the Toyotas we have purchased. Eastern Shore Toyota is a real nice dealership. All the employees that we met were nice and courteous. No high pressure salesman. The salesman, Richie Peak, was great and very informative. More

They checked it and informed me that the starter was bad. they gave me a quote to fix and I agreed. The next day they called and told me my truck was ready. I went and picked it up. when I cranked it I knew something wasn't right. I went back in and talked to Billy the service manger who had handled my repair. He insisted their best repairman had done the job so it was right. I went on and drove truck home but I knew something wasn't right. The next morning when I cranked it The thumping noise at start up was still there. It also made a grinding, vibrating noise when accelerating. I couldn't stand this so I took it back to the service department and got up with Billy again. he gave me the same story about their best mechanic but said they would check it out. They called the next day and said it was ready. When I went and picked it up they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. When I drove it home it was still making the same noises. At this point I gave up on them. I really don't believe they even looked at it. So after paying them over $1100.00 to replace my starter I ended up having to take it to an independent garage and have them tighten up all the stuff Eastern Shore Toyota left loose. Cost me another $130.00 more but it at least sounds like new again!!! More
Worst decision ever!! To start with they had an “up to $4000 above book value” trade in “special”. They didn’t even off me book value, much less anything above it. I decide To start with they had an “up to $4000 above book value” trade in “special”. They didn’t even off me book value, much less anything above it. I decided to try and work a deal w/o a trade. The certified used car manager had me and my son go with a salesperson to find the two vehicles that we had picked out online. We drove an hour to get here. Apparently neither of the two vehicles “met financing criteria”. So this salesperson drove us through all of ES’s used lots, never stopping once to actually LOOK at a vehicle then took us back to the manager. When I complained, the manager himself took us. We eventually found a vehicle that we liked. We test drove it and knew it was the one. My credit isn’t pristine and they knew that from the start. They began treating me like I was a second class citizen because of it. We eventually made a deal and i took the vehicle home. The nonsense and BS continued for several weeks with us not getting paperwork or a tag. Hannah at the certified used lot was especially unprofessional and rude. If there were no other reason to not go back, she’d be enough. Also, Hannah forwarded a message from Kevin, the new car manager, who said according to Hannah...”If they think they deserve another temp tag tell them they can come and get it! We are spending any more money on them. Oh yeah, and did I mention that we STILL only have one key fob?! We were told the second would be mailed to us with our paperwork. Yet another lie because i found out, when I finally had to go pick up my paperwork in the vehicle, that the vehicle needed to be present and that new keys are only made on Friday mornings. Wow!! Wouldn’t that have been nice to know before I drove all the way over there on Friday afternoon?!? Love the vehicle, can’t stand the dealership. More
