After researching online, Jacob contacted me and arrange a time to test drive. I drove 2 hours to get to the dealership and he had the car ready to test drive. He took his time to explain the options and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase. He was not pushy! He was very informative! Also, I noticed there was no manual with the car. We called Justin once I got home and noticed there was no Owners Manual and he said he would check to see if he could get us a 2016 RAV4 Owners Manual. Unfortunately we still have not heard back from him regarding that problem either. If these problems get taken care of everything is great! The only negative part of our experience with this dealership was the financing. We were not financing the car. However, we had to go through that process, which took hours. Scott Forte was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the Highlander that I bought. But when it came to the final paperwork they had a computer problem and that took about three times longer than it should Highlander that I bought.
