I ended up buying a Toyota Tacoma for my wife’s birthday. Not only did they let me leave it there at their dealership for two weeks until the day of her birthday but they actually delivered it to a condo that I was staring at on the beach With a big bow on it. My wife was extremely happy with her birthday present and I can’t say enough about this amazing dealership and all our help that made it possible. I would highly highly highly recommend a dealership to anybody. That made me feel like family!!! More
Would not recommend this dealership to anyone trying to get a new car or help trying to get out of one your upside down in. I knew the answer before even going over there. Wanted to give me the lowest possible amount for a trade in, car wasn’t driven, not even appraised by anyone, and was even told no appraiser on site. just crappy service all around. More

I am writing this review nearly a month after purchasing my vehicle. I went to the dealer on October 14, 2024. To say the sale was easy, smooth, or efficient would be a misrepresentation. The sale was final my vehicle. I went to the dealer on October 14, 2024. To say the sale was easy, smooth, or efficient would be a misrepresentation. The sale was finally "complete" on Thursday, October 17, 2024. I completed a survey on my experience and was honest with my feedback. I received an email from the Sales Manager on October 21, 2024, requesting a call or email back. I sent him an email on October 23, 2024. After fourteen (14) days of no response (November 6, 2024), I sent a follow-up. As of this writing at 8:00 PM CT on November 10, 2024, I have not received a response to either of my emails in any way, shape, or form. That is the reason for this review. I am not here to regale you with the days-long saga of purchasing my car; I am here because of the utter lack of service and, honestly, the disrespect shown by the senior leadership at this dealership. More

Looked up a car I had purchased back in 2019 and said I had the package with that one when I know for a fact I didn’t. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the dealership and said I didn’t want any extras. Nicson honored that, the financial man did not. More
