My wife was extremely happy with her birthday present and I can’t say enough about this amazing dealership and all our help that made it possible. I am writing this review nearly a month after purchasing my vehicle. I went to the dealer on October 14, 2024. To say the sale was easy, smooth, or efficient would be a misrepresentation. The sale was finally "complete" on Thursday, October 17, 2024. I completed a survey on my experience and was honest with my feedback. I received an email from the Sales Manager on October 21, 2024, requesting a call or email back. I sent him an email on October 23, 2024. After fourteen (14) days of no response (November 6, 2024), I sent a follow-up. As of this writing at 8:00 PM CT on November 10, 2024, I have not received a response to either of my emails in any way, shape, or form. That is the reason for this review. I am not here to regale you with the days-long saga of purchasing my car; I am here because of the utter lack of service and, honestly, the disrespect shown by the senior leadership at this dealership.
