Drove from Biloxi, Ms to this dealership in Daphne, Alabama. The salesman (Nathan) was excellent. We had agreed on an offer to purchase within 1/2 hour of arriving. HOWEVER, we sat awaiting a financ Alabama. The salesman (Nathan) was excellent. We had agreed on an offer to purchase within 1/2 hour of arriving. HOWEVER, we sat awaiting a finance person for over 4 1/2 hours. Very unprofessional and not one bit excited about this part of the process especially since I had my own financing.
