Service department is horrible. The dealership sales is great and the sales staff is great! Service department is inconsiderate and the face of their service department Denise Chapman is rude, snooty, and great and the sales staff is great! The showroom was amazing and the selection was incredible. I live in the Pensacola area and it was well worth the short drive to get the service I received.
