I went to Eastchester Jeep because, I just bought a new Jeep from another dealership and I was having issues installing the soft top. While trying to figure this out, storm clouds had come in the area and Jeep from another dealership and I was having issues installing the soft top. While trying to figure this out, storm clouds had come in the area and the skies were about to open up. As soon as I pulled into the lot and explained my story, the rain started coming. These guys were GREAT, they got my Jeep into the garage and started working in it immediately. I didn't muy my truck form there and they didn't have to assist me but they were more than accommodating and I highly recommend this dealership and will be bring my truck there for service in the future. Thanks Robert, Bobby and Javier, you guys were awesome and great personalities as well. I strongly suggest if you are going to by a jeep go see any of these guys, they will have you laughing and work with you. Cheers More

All I can say is that Lori was the most helpful person in the service dept. I also was able to see the garbage that Lori had to endure with some of the customers and their invalid complaints. After going to my regular mechanic and spending 2500.00 and still having the same problem I decided to contact the dealer eastchester Chrysler jeep and dodge. When I called there I got Lori on the phone an and still having the same problem I decided to contact the dealer eastchester Chrysler jeep and dodge. When I called there I got Lori on the phone and she was very cortious and down to earth. I explained to her my situation about how I had been ripped off by my regular mechanic an still had the same problem with my Pacifica she immediately got sonny the service manager involved to try and help me with my problem of my cooling fans not coming on and the vehicle overheating at that point Sonny had me bring the car in when it was convenient for me and arranged for me to be dropped off at work. In our conversation sonny said to me I could appreciate your concerns but rest assure that we are not here to hurt you we are here to help you. And although I had been treated unfairly by my regular mechanic as soon as he said that it was like the weight had been lifted of my shoulders. Sonny and Lori and their techs were able to fix my car in a timely fashion and always kept me up to date as to what was going on with it . And believe it or not the price was less that half of what I had paid my regular mechanic. And my car is fix and driving better than it has in a long time . Thank you sonny and Lori I will always come back to your dealer for all my future needs .:-) More

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED NOT ONLY WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER BENITEZ BUT WITH THE CHRYSLER CORPORATION AND THE EMPLOYEES WORKING AT THIS LOCATION.I DROPPED MY CAR OFF FOR SERVICE AND ONE OF THERE EMPLOYEES STEA BENITEZ BUT WITH THE CHRYSLER CORPORATION AND THE EMPLOYEES WORKING AT THIS LOCATION.I DROPPED MY CAR OFF FOR SERVICE AND ONE OF THERE EMPLOYEES STEALS MY CAR FOR AN ENTIRE WEEKEND. THEY BRING IT BACK ABANDONED IT THREE BLOCKS AWAY WITH THE KEY IN THE IGNITION, STEAL MY LAB TOP. NOW NO ONE WANTS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAPPENED. THEY WANT ME TO PAY A LAWYER AND GO INTO LIDIGATIONS. THEY PUT 40 MILES IN MY CAR USED ALL MY GAS AND DIDN'T EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM THE CAR HAD WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THEM. HOW IS A CUSTOMER SUPPOSED TO FEEL. More
