I lease my 2012 ram from this dealer. Took it there for oil change and inspection. A black smudge mark was left on the inside interior of my ram. Also my spare jack and tool was used and left on the back f oil change and inspection. A black smudge mark was left on the inside interior of my ram. Also my spare jack and tool was used and left on the back floor of vehicle. I tryed and made 20 calls or more to Donovan and Hubert to resolve this issue. And was given their voicemail on many occasions. I eventually contacted the lease company, who then connected me with corporate. I was then told to return to the dealership and they will remove the stain. Which costs me time from work ,tolls and gas being that I live in brooklyn. I recommend no to deal with this dealership it's not worth the headache. My last vehicle was a jeep Cherokee and now I'm in a ram 1500 crew cab. When my lease is up I will end my relationship the dodge,jeep Chrysler dealership. Never again, they are the worst . You never know until your already committed in a lease or finance contract . I always had an excellent experience dealing with the service dept and so I returned for my regul and was not pleased with the sales dept. or mgmt. I received an email (they are good about sending them - not too many & they alert you to deals) advertising a summer sale on a preventive maintenance service. I was in the area and walked in to schedule an appt. While there I asked to see a dealer. One of the GMs (a super guy named Barry) lead me to Robert LaRosa. I left today with a new vehicle and am glad for the experience. This current management and sales and (as always) service team was really wonderful. Don (Service) - Personable, attentive and knowledgeable. George (Service) - Personable and GREAT eye for detail. Bobby Erickson (Finance)- Took an extra step to help close the deal and was knowledgeable. Barry (Mgmt) - On a hurt foot - did a lot of 'running' to assist where needed. Robert LaRosa (Sales) - Upfront and thorough. Personable and attentive. Clearly works hard to seal a deal for his customers. Thanks guys. More

All of the amazing reviews you see on this site are because they get you to go write the review right after you get the car so sure you are happy. Who would complain when there is no problem? I am sure if you check in with any of those who put up 5 stars and have had to deal with Eastchester to fix a problem I am sure they will tell you a different story. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Be aware! They are only nice to you when they need to sell. After I purchased my truck from them I asked them several time to fax or mail service records on the services that they have done on the vehicl sell. Very hard to get hold of anybody. They all say that they are too busy right now to help me. Mr. Khan promised to fax me the records. It's been 2 days now. Still no fax! Very poor customer service! But they were all so nice to me before I purchased the vehicle from them. More
