When I filled out their approval form I got back payments for 381 a month, and then they did it and told me 738. They tried to add my down-payment to the total cost of the car, rather than subtract it. A sales rep by the name of Sara was completely disrespectful as she ignored me on every opportunity. It was like they just didn't want to sell me the car, whereas I was extremely respectful and polite. I wish I could post screenshots. More

Came into the dealership hesitant and defensive as any woman would. Met Jay on the walk in and we got right down to business.
