Eastchester certified motors is the absolute best place ever to buy a car. If you go ask for the manager Efrain he is guaranteed to take care of you. I walked out with a 2020 Acura mdx yes the car is amazi ever to buy a car. If you go ask for the manager Efrain he is guaranteed to take care of you. The place is small and very crowded. The car we went to see was damaged in a few places. When we mentioned it the salesman said “not all cars are pristine”. There was animal fur under t The car we went to see was damaged in a few places. When we mentioned it the salesman said “not all cars are pristine”. There was animal fur under the hood on the engine. We figured since the car wasn’t in great shape there would be room for negotiation. Not only would they not budge on the price but informed us that they add $2,495 to the price of the car for an inspection that was already done. The salesman had the audacity to tell us “that’s how things are now”. No, it’s not. Not a reputable dealer - which is where we have been shopping. I do NOT recommend this dealer. More

Horrible came with my family we purchased 4 cars and gotten lied to and robbed. They tell you one thing and then stop answering the phone for you sold us a lemon and refused to handle the situation. Pai gotten lied to and robbed. They tell you one thing and then stop answering the phone for you sold us a lemon and refused to handle the situation. Paid them the DMV fee’s and still don’t have the registration for the vehicle don’t ever go to this place they sell you Lemons and then ignore you been going back and forth since Aug I have never experienced such and I have been to multiple different dealers and by far this is the worst do some research before you give these people any of your money More
