Very friendly and professional. I had my NYS inspection, oil change and had them swap my winter tires for my all year ones. Terrible experience. Safety restraint warning light ignored by dealership after requesting three times to address it, along with two recalls. I was assured the problem wa Safety restraint warning light ignored by dealership after requesting three times to address it, along with two recalls. I was assured the problem was resolved, only to drive away and have the light come on again. Clearly, they don’t value their customers time or safety. When we called back they gave us the runaround and ultimately told us that according to YouTube there is no fix for the problem and to toggle the interior light switch on and off when the light comes on. The warning flashes and dings constantly which is annoying but nothing compared to the feeling that I am unsafe driving my vehicle. What to do from here? I have no idea. More
