Transferred snow tires to summer tires. Tires were transferred properly and bagged in a reasonable time. 1.5 hrs. For 2nd time in a row, air pressure was off. Instead of recommended 38 psi on my Chevy Bolt, they were 35,35,32,33, according to the sensors just after I left. When I was filling them properly at home I found a valve cap missing. For $99 one would expect a little more diligence. More

Service dept quoted a price for a service which was less than $500.00 . I told them it was wrong. It had already been diagnosed, but they needed to diagnose it themselves and asked what it would cost for th than $500.00 . I told them it was wrong. It had already been diagnosed, but they needed to diagnose it themselves and asked what it would cost for that service. They said one hour labor +1 hour for a diagnosis and $36 for the part. They told me it would cost $2800 which was $1800 more than I could’ve got it done somewhere else I would never brought it there if if they were going to charge me over $1000. More
