I bought a car a month ago, and now I need a new engine. I had to get my car towed to ES Chevrolet bc of my warranty and after it got there, it sat there for 11 days untouched, undiagnosed, with no plans to I had to get my car towed to ES Chevrolet bc of my warranty and after it got there, it sat there for 11 days untouched, undiagnosed, with no plans to fix it during the holiday season. They also weren't able to give me a loaner/rental so I have paid Uber $300+ in 2 weeks to get to and from work. This would have been fine if they had called me and told me anything. Not once did I ever get a call from anyone at ES Chevrolet regarding my car and the plan for it, every time I called them, they sounded annoyed and really flat out rude over the phone telling me "we take cars in the order we get them." Must be really backed up...again, wouldn't have been an issue if someone told me from the jump when I got my car over there that it was going to take at least a month to be diagnosed and fixed. Will not ever be returning to East Syracuse Chevrolet and I hope they take a bit more time to train their Service center employees on letting their customers know about what is going on with their car and why they haven't moved it from the spot it was towed to in almost two weeks. More

If I could put a zero rating for their service, I would! Had my car in for a service quote. To repair exhaust, leak in gas tank was $4.000 and that did not include the electric problem in the rear defroster Had my car in for a service quote. They fixed everything, including adding new rear defroster motor, alignment, ball bearing joint ( which East Syr. Performance missed for under $1,700!!!! Performance wanted me to not fix my car and buy one from them. I hate car payments as we all do. Glad Big 4 gave me my car back and runs like new again. Take my word for it... go to Big 4 ask for Adam or Beau. They will have our family’s business from now on! More

Unprofessional So I financed my vehicle with East Syracuse Chevrolet and thought I would get some sort of customer loyalty discount, I did not. I needed a few things taken care of with my vehicle. I was told after I dropped it off that I would get a call later on that day to receive information on condition and how long it would take. I dropped my vehicle off at 1:30pm and did NOT get a call back, I left a message and still no reply. Paul lost my information and called the wrong number (unprofessional and unorganized). It wasn't until the next day I finally got a status, I had to speak with someone else to get a hold of Paul and that was a headache in itself. I would NOT suggest servicing your vehicle here, they do NOT have my trust. More

Called these people and was told by a girl on the phone that she doesn't see any recalls on my vehicle. Found out by my supervisor couple days ago that there lying and her husband works at a different location. She has the same exact car and was having the same issue. Her husband, being that he worked there knew exactly what was going on and brought her car in to be fixed. I had to shell out about $300 out my pocket when it should have been covered by the manufacturer. Needless to say I've called and left a message for the service manager who has yet to return my phone call. I will be showing up there today, leaving work early. This is how much customer satisfaction that I'm getting from them, NOTHING! More

Was told that it would be corrected in 1/2 hr or less. Inquired when the best time to bring it in, since I knew they were always very busy when they first open. Was told that 10:30 am is a good time since the rush was over. Set up the appt for that time today. Arrived a few minutes early, immediately someone took care of me. I mentioned I would be waiting in the show room, at that time he said I would have at least an 1 1/2-2 hr. wait! I mentioned that I was told that this was a 1/2 hr repair. He agreed that it Bly takes a half hour. Then went on to tell me that there were quite a few cars ahead of me? There were only 2 other cars parked in the service entrance. When I explained that I set this appt. for this time because I was assured it would be the best time! I said I couldn't wait because I had another commitment and would have to reschedule, and I asked if I had the very first appointment time in a week or so, would I be in and out in an hour or less. His response was probably not. I then queried as to what the meaning of appointment meant at this dealership. His response was, rudely, NOT MUCH. If I do bother getting this recall done or any other service work performed it will certainly done somewhere else. More
