I had come in a few times and on every occasion everyone working was very helpful. Steve was very good at listening to my needs and concerns and was very patient with me (as I am sometimes indecisive when i working was very helpful. I brought the car back in and was pleased to know that Steve had gotten me a loaner for the time my car would be at Ford getting repaired. This was a major point for me as I had no other means of transportation.
