My 10 month old $75000 diesel truck went in with a small oil leak it came out 7 days later with a worse leak than it went in with. After the 2nd try and 5 days they told me it was all set when I picked it oil leak it came out 7 days later with a worse leak than it went in with. After the 2nd try and 5 days they told me it was all set when I picked it up the engine light was on Apparently the tech forgot to plug the fan back in. So the next morning I looked at the repair and some not nice things they messed up the fan shaft it looks like they did not have the correct tools so used vise grips. I also found some free tools laying around on the bottom engine gard . So now am wondering what else they did in hurry to get it out the door ? Found the service department very difficult to deal with no one answer the phone and wont return calls left on voice mail. I left at least two voicemail with the service manager while my truck was there and never called me back. Will NEVER go back. More
I bought a car a month ago, and now I need a new engine. I had to get my car towed to ES Chevrolet bc of my warranty and after it got there, it sat there for 11 days untouched, undiagnosed, with no plans to I had to get my car towed to ES Chevrolet bc of my warranty and after it got there, it sat there for 11 days untouched, undiagnosed, with no plans to fix it during the holiday season. They also weren't able to give me a loaner/rental so I have paid Uber $300+ in 2 weeks to get to and from work. This would have been fine if they had called me and told me anything. Not once did I ever get a call from anyone at ES Chevrolet regarding my car and the plan for it, every time I called them, they sounded annoyed and really flat out rude over the phone telling me "we take cars in the order we get them." Must be really backed up...again, wouldn't have been an issue if someone told me from the jump when I got my car over there that it was going to take at least a month to be diagnosed and fixed. Will not ever be returning to East Syracuse Chevrolet and I hope they take a bit more time to train their Service center employees on letting their customers know about what is going on with their car and why they haven't moved it from the spot it was towed to in almost two weeks. More
I had a great experience at East Syracuse Chevy. My sales representative Mike Zappala was very knowledgeable and willing to listen to all needs in a vehicle. I have made 3 attempts to talk to management no one has returned my calls. First when the tires where rotated the removed the nitrogen and replaced with air without consulting with me. Secondly and most importantly when I picked up my 2020 3500 Texas Edition LTZ Silverado it from getting the oil changed it smelled as someone smoked in it.? I spoke with a manager they said they would detail it for me. Nothing happened and my calls were ignored. More

We did not feel pressured or coerced into any decisions (we did at other dealerships…) and Don worked to find us the perfect vehicle for our needs. Buyer beware! Service after the sale is not important to this dealership. Within 30 days buying a used 2019 Chevy van with only 11,000 miles on it, the check engine light came on. I had a local chevy dealer this dealership. Within 30 days buying a used 2019 Chevy van with only 11,000 miles on it, the check engine light came on. I had a local chevy dealership look it over to find the problem. The result was a chewed up wire harness that was considered not under warranty and the cost to repair was $600. At this point I informed the salesman and sales manager of the problem. The solution that was provided to me was to have the local dealership do the repair and that I would be reimbursed by chevrolet or the dealership themselves. Well, 30 plus days later I'm still waiting for my money and the dealership is now ignoring me. Their word is not their bond! More
