Made an appointment online 2 weeks ago with confirmation for an oil change. Even got a phone call confirming my appointment the day before. When I arrive to the dealership they stated that I didn’t have an for an oil change. Even got a phone call confirming my appointment the day before. When I arrive to the dealership they stated that I didn’t have an appointment. I had my appointment screenshot on my phone and they still said I don’t have an appointment. Eventually they take my car in and charge me $68 for an oil change. They didn’t rotate my tires or top off my fluids. Won’t be retro this dealership. More
