This was a very unprofessional experience here. I went into the dealership at the beginning of September. Don Mitchell was my salesman, and on the specific day he has 3 people scheduled at the same I went into the dealership at the beginning of September. Don Mitchell was my salesman, and on the specific day he has 3 people scheduled at the same time so he wasn’t able to give me the proper attention as a customer. I test drove the car and when I returned he brought the credit application out to the car for me to fill out. It is Oct 6, 2022 and I haven’t heard nothing about being approved. Deborah French called me letting me know what the back is looking for and Decide to tell me there was a front wheel trailblazer with 68,000 miles that is in the shop waiting for the turbo part that they are financing for me. How are you gonna finance something for me that I haven’t approved or test drove. There has been a lot of lying going around between EJ Jackson the Sales Manager, Deborah French the financial Manager and Don Mitchell the salesman they are the worst and every chance I get I will let everyone I come in contact about my bad experience. I have several emails from Deborah stating that she looking at inventory everyday trying to find me the car I want. WHAT A BIG LIARS THEY ARE!!!..I would never recommend nobody to this dealership and my sister recommended me and she said she will never purchase from them again. Nothing great about the customer service here!!!!!!!!….I will continue to put out my complaint all over social media!!!.,Know who to play games with!!!!! More

I’ve had good experiences buying vehicles here and usually have had good service appointment experiences. But today I had to wait 4 1/2 hours. I came in for an oil change and inspection. This service usually have had good service appointment experiences. But today I had to wait 4 1/2 hours. I came in for an oil change and inspection. This service doesn’t usually take that long and it was an hour and fifteen minutes waiting before I was told that I would need new rear brakes to pass inspection and that the front brakes should be replaced soon. I decided to have both sets of brakes done and was told it would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I waited over 2 hours and no one came to tell me the progress of the work. When I went to check on it I was told it would only be another 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I checked again and was told the car was done and that the paperwork still needed to be finished. While I waited for the paperwork I noticed that “female” was written on the work order. Why was that necessary? My name was on the paperwork. It made me wonder that if I was a man would “male” have been written on the work order? Would it have taken over 4 hours for the work to be done? Would I have been better informed about the progress of the work on my car?Next time I need service I will probably go elsewhere. More
