Although the staff are friendly, the service department mechanics often make mistakes, and fail to do their job properly. I had a radiator coolant service done. After checking their work the following day mechanics often make mistakes, and fail to do their job properly. I had a radiator coolant service done. After checking their work the following day, I discovered that the coolant level was low by 1 quart. Also, the new coolant is a light blue pre mixture, of water and coolant (right out of the container--no need to dilute with water). What they put in looked diluted. I think they wanted my engine to overheat, so I'd buy a new car from them. This isn't my first time dealing with their incompetence. More

I had a problem with the Subaru Forester 2021 that I purchased in November of this year. No fault of Donaldson's but the part needed to fix it kept getting delayed. This was the only means of transpor purchased in November of this year. No fault of Donaldson's but the part needed to fix it kept getting delayed. This was the only means of transportation for myself and my husband. Donaldson provided us with a rental car but after almost a month we went in only to find out the part still had not shipped and was probably another month out. At that time we spoke with Zack Fox, our Sales Rep and decided that we would trade our Forester in for another car. We also met with Steve Fulco, General Manager of Sales Operations and are very happy to say we are the proud owners of a 2021 Outback. Thank you for making this an easy transition and am really happy with the outcome. HAPPY ENDING!!!!! More

Harrison told me when i walked up to the counter we are not like those other guys. The original problem was never even diagnosed. this guy Harrison is a bad dude. go the other way when you walk up to his counter. He is not the guy you are looking for to take care of your vehicle. An automated pre-written response! What a SHOCKER! More
Subaru service came thru in an emergency. Just as I was preparing to drive to Arizona in my Subaru, my "Check Engine " light came on. I spoke to Chris Barcelo in service on a Friday afternoo Just as I was preparing to drive to Arizona in my Subaru, my "Check Engine " light came on. I spoke to Chris Barcelo in service on a Friday afternoon and he said he would do his best to try and have it ready for my next morning departure. If not I would have to delay my trip until Monday morning. When I bought it in I met Harrison and he helped me until I spoke with Chris. Making no promises Chris came through and had my car ready within 2 hours. Better yet my car was still under warranty and the work was covered by Subaru. A huge hassle Took the car in to get a hose fixed because of a leak just to then have a bigger leak a week later and whenever I take it in they give you the run aro Took the car in to get a hose fixed because of a leak just to then have a bigger leak a week later and whenever I take it in they give you the run around first they say it next to be checked then someone is on lunch then you call them again )because they won't call you) just so they can tell u it needs to stay overnight because no one ha even looked at it so then your out 2days with no vehicle it's ridicu this has happened twice and the only reason we go back is for them to fix what they messed up in the first place. They are incompetent, slow and full of excuses! Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else driving an extra 15 min away is better the going through all of that. More
Very slow and poor communication I received an automated phone call reminder from Donaldsons that my state inspection was due. This was great, thank you. A few days later, I received a card in the mail, from the Service Manager Bill Moran. It was another reminder that my inspection was due. Again, this was great, thank you. I then contacted the service dept to schedule an appointment and waited SEVERAL DAYS and nobody responded... So I called up and asked for a service appointment and was told that before I could make an appointment, Bill was going to call me personally, first thing the next morning. Ok, no problem, I said. Well Bill never called the next morning, nor the morning after that. In fact, days and days went by. I didn't want to risk driving with an expired inspection sticker, so I went to another dealer who took me the day after I contacted them. What a great experience I had at the other dealer! More

It can often take SEVERAL DAYS TO 2 WEEKS to get a response from any of the advisors, as they often don't respond to emails. This is strange, as every service advisor has their email address right on their business card, and they have an entire online website with service appointments, etc. 2. They often refuse to accept coupons from other dealers' service specials, when their website states that they do accept them (as most dealerships do) 3. They were putting the wrong oil brand and weight in my car, but denied this. I have always paid my bills and never caused any issues, but I always felt that they had no interest in my business. After I made many attempts to improve the situation and relationship with the service manager, I do no believe they have any interest in me or my business, and I have found another dealer who is an absolute PLEASURE to go to. More
