Sloppy work. Miss diagnose problem. Missing parts after service. Replaced O2 sensor after I told them it was prob an intake leak and sure enough it was. Went back for same problem and they then charged me More

Phil thanks for your response BUT the light came back on about two weeks after I left your place. so this time I bought to the mechanic where my company services all of our vehicles. He said the light came on because the intake manifold gaskets were bad!! I told him that you guys just replaced them so he told me to come over and he showed me. I got totally ripped off from you guys after spending over $700 at your dealership. I didn't go back to you guys and confront you because I would never bring my car back to you know matter what. I know Mike from Hicksville Subaru and I must say I loved that place and wish I had gone their first. They are top notch but not convenient for me at all

They grossly overcharged and left many issues unfixed! I immediately went to another dealership where my problems were easily solved. East Hills Subaru was a change for the worst! More
