What a surprise! I just picked up my CrossTrek 2014 at East Hills Subaru. I had left my order at the end of August for a car I did not know much about. I wanted whit I just picked up my CrossTrek 2014 at East Hills Subaru. I had left my order at the end of August for a car I did not know much about. I wanted white and a navigation system. I received a call the following week from the dealership that I could have almost any color for my CrossTrek except white!!!!! Dennis, who at the time over heard this conversation, called me back saying I know you are disappointed and if you can wait, I will find you a white CrossTrek with a navigation system. He was true to his word. He and Mike P both called me every few weeks to make sure I was ok with the wait. My car was delivered on Nov.11. Just what I wanted. My first service call was a few weeks later. I wanted a navigation lesson from Mike, and also to have mud guards installed. Leon was more than accommodating, in fact he calling the following morning to follow up on a discussion we had about the car and to make sure all was well with me and my car. Subaru of East Hills is a place to go for honesty, and good service. More

She pu Today I added a beautiful 2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium in Jasmine Green to our family of Subarus. My Mum has a 1998 Subaru Legacy Outback. She purchased hers from East Hills Subaru in 1998 and Pedro and the boys have kept it running and looking like new ever since. Needless to say, when I decided to get a Subaru I looked no further than East Hills Subaru. The staff is warm, welcoming, honest, professional, and there is never a hard sell. Their sales area isn't overwhelming. It's cozy, intimate, not overwhelming. I went through the entire buying process by myself and never once did I feel, as a woman, that I was been patronized, or my needs taken less seriously, as I've experienced other places. Car dealers have a bad rep. Not East Hills Subaru. When you enter their service or showroom area you are part of their family and they treat you like one of their own. Anthony, my salesman, understood that I was not a typical driver, but I wanted a vehicle that I could throw a chainsaw in and head off to the woods on our farm, and still have the top safety-rated car when driving around Long Island. I had my heart set on a CRV After extensive research, I had narrowed down my options to a Honda CRV and a Subaru Forrester. In all honesty, I had already made up my mind on the CRV. I walked into East Hills planning just to test drive the Subaru to be fair. Well, a chat with Mike, a test drive, and some enlightening information about how superior Subaru's all wheel drive is, I was having a change of heart. I went to visit Honda again, and the sales guys couldn't give me a satisfactory answer as to how their AWD might be even just as good as Subaru's. Since I wanted the best and the safest, I went back to Subaru with my mind made up! Mike was never pushy and made the entire process as simple as could be!
