Possibly the worst sales in the tri state I came here before they moved to the new location to look for a car for my gf who bought a subaru in bayside dealership btw. The east hills dealer prices were insanely high so we didnt even want to waste our time here They moved to this new location right by my house so i'd thought i give it a go i was in contact via e-mail with a gentlemen named Stuart, he was very responsive and offered me a reasonable price online he called me saying they had a new WRX and was willing to let me test drive the car, it wasn't the model i wanted and he tried to sell it to me on the phone, we scheduled a 12pm test drive for the enw WRX i get to the dealership at 11am, the car is on the floor room, Stuart makes up some story how the manager didnt want to let me test drive the car unless i commited to buying it. It would have been nice to give me a heads up instead of making up bogus stories and wasting my time i walked into the showroom with Stuart and the sales manager is there starts talking to me saying how i'll never even see the WRX in any dealership. i told him i can order one and he's saying no dealership will be able to get one, terrible sales tactic and he was being rude off the bat i took the liberty to sit down with Stuart despite him lying to me and i told him the straight number i got from a different dealership in NY. Stuart didn't know anything about the specs of the car, i asked him questions i already knew the answer to and gave me wrong information, he didnt do his HW.. Even though i emailed him all the things i want in my car he didn't know when i sat with him the options i picked out.. They didnt even want to tell me a price of the car since they weren't even able to touch the reasonable price the other dealership offered me Stuart told me that the sales manager said ill never see the car and the price they gave me was bogus and they will never honor the price 1. They wouldnt let me test drive the car which was scheduled for me that day 2. the sales manager was rude 3. the salesman didnt know what he was talking about and was too sloppy i guess the only thing they had going for them was that they were close to my house, not worth the rudeness and ignorance to buy an overpriced car here I bought my car at Dan Perkins Subaru in Connecticut and dealt with a professional and competent friendly staff who got me the price i wanted More

Patient and Professional I've been driving the 2015 Forester XT for just a few weeks now, and I am really enjoying this car. The ride is smooth and quiet and the Turbo definit I've been driving the 2015 Forester XT for just a few weeks now, and I am really enjoying this car. The ride is smooth and quiet and the Turbo definitely makes the car totally fun to drive. I also think that the Turbo is perfectly paired with the CVT to give a really smooth driving experience with plenty of power delivery when you ask for it. I shopped around for a couple of weeks before coming back to East Hills Subaru. I must say that dealing with Norris and Franco was really a pleasure. They kept true to their word and didnt pull any sketchy business come signing time. I would highly recommend this dealership and Subaru in general. More
