Subsequently, in mid-2015 I decided to trade the SUV in for a certified pre-owned Suba I previously purchased a Subaru Forester from this dealership. Subsequently, in mid-2015 I decided to trade the SUV in for a certified pre-owned Subaru Legacy. I am always hesitant to deal with car salesman and car dealerships. However, my sales agent, Steve was fantastic. He was honest, friendly and focused on ensuring quality service. He did not "haggle" with us or make the experience seedy in any way. We also dealt with Arnie in the finance department and he was also great. My wife and I rank the dealership as highly as possible, because from what we saw, it is a place focused on quality. More

My family has been driving Toyota's for a very long time and it was pretty much all I knew. I had a very bad experience at the Toyota dealer when I tried to turn in my leased vehicle and was very hesitant and had a lot of stress and anxiety about having to buy a car. I met with one of the salespeople, Bob, who was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. He did not pressure me into buying a vehicle I either did not want, or did not try to sell me additional features or a better model of the car I did want. He worked well within my budget of what I wanted my down payment to be as well as my monthly payment towards my car. Arnie, the Business Manager, was phenomenal as well. He came to me and offered a way to try and save me some money, something I've never seen done in a car dealership before! Everyone at East Hills Subaru was more than accommodating, friendly, helpful, and patient while I purchased my new car. More

From the moment I walked into the door to first test drive the car a couple of months ago to when I walked out today to drive my brand new XV Crosstrek home, I had a wonderful experience with everyone at East Hills Subaru. I was not approached by a number of sales people as soon as I walked into the door on any of my visits, which is always a plus, and when I had explained to Bob Goldman, my sales man on my first visit that I was just looking since I still had some time on my lease, there was never any pressure to put me in that car that day. With the care that I received on my first visit, I knew that when I was ready to buy a car, East Hills Subaru was the only place I would go. When I met with Bob and Arnie Price to go through all the paperwork, they made the car buying experience the easiest one I have ever gone through. I've sat at dealers for a whole day to buy a car before, the whole process at East Hills Subaru didn't take more than two hours at the most. Bob and Arnie are so incredibly nice, they never pressured me into adding features to the car that I didn't need and when it came time to look into my finance options, Arnie found the best possible deal for me. Car buying can feel so painful, but everyone at East Hills Subaru made it so pleasant. I only ever plan to do my car buying from East Hills Subaru from now on and I recommend them so highly.
