He showed us exactly what they had in their inventory, meeting our budget expectations and getting us the car we wanted with a few extra bells and whistles :) When we picked up our car there were no surprises, as promised. Steve went over all the options on our car in a very detailed and patient manner, then sent us home with a 'call me anytime with any questions". All in all, a very good, no xx experience.
