Two weeks ago, my mother and I walked into East Hills Subaru dreading the entire car buying experience; however, we did not realize how different this experience would be. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Jamie Borack. She defied every stereotype of a car salesperson. She was warm, compassionate, knowledgeable, and quite personable. From her conversations about her family to her bejeweled mousepad /phone, she was herself and nothing less. Her demeanor eased our concerns and we knew that she did not have an ulterior motive. Long story short, we purchased the car within the next 45 minutes and felt 100% comfortable with her, the dealership, and, of course, the car of our dreams.
