When I arrived he was talking with Jamie Borack which turned out to be a very good thing. Jamie is terrific! Let me first say, I so dislike the whole car buying situation. However, Jamie was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable, she helped make the whole process easy and pleasant. Everyone at East Hills is very helpful and they try to make your experience stress less. Leon, in service is very nice and accommodating; Jason in finance was also helpful in getting me a good deal on an extended warranty. In all, I was happy with my experience at East Hills and look forward to our continued relationship. Oh, and I love my new Forester!! More

The many hours of decision-making for quite a few days after that were with Bob, a true gentleman who understood my individual needs when so many options were put in front of me. He answered a plethora of questions and was respectful of my choices. What was also noticeable was the comradery between the salespeople and the visible teamwork in a pleasant atmosphere. The sales rep was able to answer all my questions, was patient about the bits I didn't understand right away, and when I said I wanted to sit in the car to think about it, she left me alone to think about it!
