After disappointing experiences at other Subaru dealers, I drove into East Hills Subaru in Roslyn, NY to be pleasantly greeted by Mike Polans, one of After disappointing experiences at other Subaru dealers, I drove into East Hills Subaru in Roslyn, NY to be pleasantly greeted by Mike Polans, one of the nicest and most knowledgeable sales & leasing consultants I have ever met. He introduced me to Franco, the Sales Manager, and gave me a quick tour of the place. When I talked about my expectations and specific requests in a new Subaru XV Crosstrek, Mike actually listened. He was honest and gave me information relevant to my concerns and did not try to make excuses for the fact that the car I wanted wasn't available in the lot. Mike went out of his way to make sure I would be completely satisfied with my decision and helped me understand the process of ordering the exact Crosstrek with the right trim package to meet my needs. When my new Crosstrek actually arrived, Mike was prompt to reach me via phone to give me the good news and to give me details about what I would need in order to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Shortly after, I was contacted by Jayson, the Finance Manager, and we went over a few important details prior to meeting. Expecting to be at the dealer for a long time closing the deal, I could not believe how quick, easy, painless, and smooth the whole transaction went. Mike and Jayson had everything ready for me as far as the paperwork was concerned. Jayson was excellent at addressing my concerns and gave me clear and concise information that helped me decide on available finance options. Mike took the time to go over specific features of the car and showed me where all the features pertaining to my specific trim requests were. I could not be any happier or more satisfied with my experience at East Hills Subaru. I was amazed at the level of respect and concern for customer satisfaction that the entire team at East Hills Subaru demonstrated. When I first came in, they didn't have the WRX in the specific trim that I was looking for, so they did a search of Subaru dealerships in the tri-state area to locate the one that I wanted and they brought it over. From start to finish, they were very helpful and made the purchase process as easy as possible.
