After purchasing a used Dodge from a different brand dealership, the car we were suppose to receive in tip top shape was not delivered that way. We brought the car back to that dealership 4 times, only dealership, the car we were suppose to receive in tip top shape was not delivered that way. We brought the car back to that dealership 4 times, only to be treated poorly. When we brought the car to East Hills, Michael and Dawn took the time to properly document our concerns. When they were unsure what exactly the noise we were explaining, they took the time to have a technican take a test drive with us. (something we suggested to other dealership, but they said it was not necessary). The car was diagnosed and fixed correctly. Through the whole process, we were treated with kindness, concern and overall caring. If the Service department is like this, I can only imagine the Sales department would be just as good. I know we will be back in the future not just for maintainance, but when the time is right to purchase a new car. More

I noticed a problem with my steering wheel controls after having my Wrangler Unlimited for less than 3 weeks. I called the customer service desk and they were concerned about my issue and offered me an appoi having my Wrangler Unlimited for less than 3 weeks. Nat was my service rep took in my JKU then came over to me to explain what the issue was and the approximate time it would take to repair it while I waited. In that time frame my Jeep was fixed I was given a full explanation of what they repaired and I was back on the road enjoying my new Jeep. Thanks Nat! More
I purchased my pre-owned Jeep Liberty a few days ago and there were some minor problems with the key and the power outlet. My service advisor, Mike Piscopo provides a level of attention and "comfort" that is both cordial and reassuring. Car dealers don't manufacture the cars, yet are held accountable for their products. It is apparent that East Hills Chrysler Jeep takes this accountability seriously and has established the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. More
