East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram SRT - Service Center

I've been to Dodge dealers in Bayside, the Bronx, Long Island City and have had issues with them all. But the Service Department at East Hills has made owning my 2009 Dodge Journey SXT and 2009 Chrysler Island City and have had issues with them all. But the Service Department at East Hills has made owning my 2009 Dodge Journey SXT and 2009 Chrysler 300C Hemi worthwhile and a pleasure. Mike Piscopo, the Service Advisor at East Hills Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge has treated me like family, looking out for me and both my cars. For those who say that "Service with a Smile" is dead, haven't met Mike. No matter what the problem, he has a solution that always puts a smile on my face. More

I had a very good experience. Michael was courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The only issue I had was the loaner car interior had a very unpleasant, stale, cigarette smell. Great job.. That got me in real fast, gave me a loan a car and was finished with my car really early. Soon as i arrived at the dealership and was driving up the enterance an attended was right there rea car and was finished with my car really early. Michael Piscopo worked alongside the mechanic to personally ensure the issue was resolved. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. I did not have an appointment and I needed an oil change and a recall taken care of. I also reported a trouble light that came on a couple of days ago. Nat got parts and did warranty repair in good order. Only disappointment was fact that Jeep did not have parts locally and it took two weeks to get them.
