Picked up my new CPOV last week and have had great service from the start - with Sales (Roger and Anne), Finance (Mike) and now with Mike P. in Service. Good overall experence every time I come.I just came in for an oil change and I had to buy a new key because I lost it snowshoeing. What ever happened to going to the local hardwhare guy and buying a key f for an oil change and I had to buy a new key because I lost it snowshoeing. Very good service. When asked how long it will be, it was right on time. The only thing I'm concern with, not with the dealership but with Jeep...I had 4 recalls on it and was not told about them earlier. So right on time.
