During a recent visit for a 40,000 mile service and brake work my car was returned to me without being test driven. Within one minute of leaving the dealership the check engine light lit up. In addition, the windshield wipers which needed changing and were allegedly checked were not changed. No one was at the dealership at 7:30 PM to address the problems. I now have to organize a return visit and I am not sure in the interim that the car can be driven. The people were pleaseant but inept. More
The employees were very curteous and helpful the second i pulled up to the service department. They met me outside, checked my car in and had me wait in the waiting room. Once there, i was offered coffee a pulled up to the service department. They met me outside, checked my car in and had me wait in the waiting room. Once there, i was offered coffee and donuts multiple times. The work on my Jeep involved 3 recall repairs and they had me out in less than 2 hours.. and i only made the appointment 2 days prior to when the work was done. I would definately bring my Jeep back there for any repairs needed without hesitation and will tell anyone i know with a Chrysler vehicle to do the same More

i came in because dashboard lights were not working i came in because dashboard lights were not working properly. i could not see odometer or other gauges. i also could not tell if brights wer i came in because dashboard lights were not working properly. i could not see odometer or other gauges. i also could not tell if brights were on or off. i didn't feel safe driving like this. i came in & made an appt. with mike for the following week when a loaner car was available. mike was very friendly & knowledgable. the next morning a service rep. called & said i should bring car in immediately because odometer would burn out present mileage. personally that doesn;t bother me-i purchased(not leased) car so i don't know why jeep cared either, but i brought it in day after & mike helped me once again. very friendly & called me soon after that car was ready-unfortunately had a rew medical emergencies & am going to pick car up now. very good & quick service ince again. i am very pleased with east hills jeep dealership & mike piscopo. wendy novick More

Brought in Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011 for Service to check the Onboard Compass. Compass readout on dashboard recently changed to double dashes (--) and I had been unable to get the compass reset. Called Eas the Onboard Compass. Compass readout on dashboard recently changed to double dashes (--) and I had been unable to get the compass reset. Called East Hills and they suggested I bring the truck in for a look. Brought in the truck and saw Mike Piscopo, explained the problem, he took a quick look and took the car in for service. Turns out to be a faulty TIPM module that needs to be replaced. Mike filled out the paperwork and had the part ordered. Mike explained when the part comes in, I will be contacted and then the truck can be repaired. Smooth service from start to finish. Friendly, informative, great all around customer service. More
