Worlds Fastest Oil Change !!! I am so happy to write this review today. I was there to check in at 7:30 sharp and was checking out at 8 am ! This is the fastest oil change I have e I am so happy to write this review today. I was there to check in at 7:30 sharp and was checking out at 8 am ! This is the fastest oil change I have ever seen at a dealer. The Trail Hawk must have been back there for mere minutes. This was my second great experience there and the first was just as good. Jon Piansky the Service manager was a pleasure to deal with. My first visit was for a hitch install and an oil change. Everything was done on time with Jeep hitch parts. My Jeep ownership experience has been such an enjoyable experience from the purchase through the first 14,000 miles. What a change from my VW problems. I got a 6 month e-mail to check up on me and a nice Christmas email. Booked the appointment on line and they followed up multiple times. If a dealership could have Rock Star status these guys have it !!!! More
Five Star Service I just had my 2014 Jeep Cherokee serviced at East Hills Jeep in Greenvale, and I wanted to comment on the attentive service I received while I was the I just had my 2014 Jeep Cherokee serviced at East Hills Jeep in Greenvale, and I wanted to comment on the attentive service I received while I was there. I learned this morning that in addition to the wiper recall that I needed addressed, there were several additional software upgrades that could also be taken care of during the same visit. My Service Advisor, Jon Piansky, assured me that the wiper recall, and multiple additional software upgrades required, would all be completed within a two hour window. I wish to thank Jon for saving me an additional visit. True to his commitment, Jon had me out the door before exceeding the "should be no more than two hours" quote. I left the dealership very satisfied, and employees like Jon should be commended for their service. Please add my name to the list of numerous other satisfied customers who rate the service provided at East Hills as qualifying a five star rating. Please extend my thanks to Mr. Piansky. P.S. Service is TERRIBLE I have had my car for about 4 years. Every time I go in to get my car serviced I have to fight to get a owner car even though when you buy your car th I have had my car for about 4 years. Every time I go in to get my car serviced I have to fight to get a owner car even though when you buy your car they tell you loaners are available when you have service. I was charged at $135 diagnostic fee and it would only be waived if the work was going to be completed. When you call and ask to speak to the manager Eric you can wait for weeks before he calls you back. Each time he says he will call me back I had to call back to speak to him and when i called he was never available to talk. I had a computer issue with my car for nearly a month and Eric did not believe that was the issue. I had my car in the service center 5 times before he finally hooked it up to the computer to realize the issue I was having was computer based. The guys at the front when you check in are very nice but the overall service led by the manager Eric leaves a LOT to be desired!!! I would never buy another Jeep More

When he left Huntington Jeep the Service De I've known Mike Cartelli for many years. He was the Service Manager at Huntington Jeep in Huntington, NY. When he left Huntington Jeep the Service Dept.it went down hill. I have no confidence in taking my Jeep there for service anymore. I have now made East Hills Jeep my dealership for service because of Mike Cartelli. He is loyal and honest to his customers. I trust Mike 100% do take care of my Jeep. You never have to worry when you have a problem because Mike will take care of it immediately. Needless to say, Mike is the best. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. More
