Service is great! I brought my Patriot in for an issue that I wasn't sure they could diagnose. With no asking on my part, I was given a loaner car, and time was taken I brought my Patriot in for an issue that I wasn't sure they could diagnose. With no asking on my part, I was given a loaner car, and time was taken to check out and diagnose my car's issue. The problem was found, it was minor and under warranty. Everything was pleasant and painless; from booking my appointment to getting the loaner, to picking up my car after a snowstorm! More

I have owned my Chrysler for two years now, live an hour away from the dealer I purchased it from and would not consider using any other service provider. While all of their service staff are courteous, professional and patient, I have to give a rave review to Mike Cartelli. He is the gentleman I always look for when I arrive. Not only did he diagnose a transmission problem several months ago, but he did it after I'd already been in twice before and didn't have it resolved. He gives the same time and attention to a large repair as he does to something as minor as a bulb replacement. Mike Cartelli makes me feel comfortable; he listens when I tell him about my vehicle concerns and I feel confident that my safety while driving is important to him. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone. Thanks for all your help, MIke! More
