3rd Scheduled Visit for Routine Service Today was the third service appointment since I purchased my Trail Hawk last summer. 22,000 miles in on the 2015 Trail Hawk and it is awesome. I was in and out with my loaner car in minutes this morning and on my way. Fantastic since I had a busy day. I received a call a few short hours later and the multiple updates and oil change service were complete way ahead of what I anticipated as usual. $7 oil change who can beat that ! These guys have exceeded expectations again. Thanks More

Cannot admit they did something wrong I brought my 2011 JK Rubicon in with damaged rear gears that needed replacement. After about a month of them holding my Jeep they told me that after t I brought my 2011 JK Rubicon in with damaged rear gears that needed replacement. After about a month of them holding my Jeep they told me that after the job was done the Jeep was binding and it needed an additional part which alone cost $2000. I then told them that I will pay for what was done and flat tow the Jeep to my trusted mechanic. Not only did not my Jeep not need this part but it was binding because the East Hills technician installed the gears improperly and left the Elocker in a locked position. I had to have the entire gear job redone. The job was beyond East Hills capabilities and they tried to exacerbate the situation by padding the bill with an additional unnecessary part. They are incompetent and untrustworthy. More
