Issues with my Dirango Citadel I have been dealing with East Hills Dodge since I purchased my Durango two years ago. A few weeks ago a couple of minor issues started to plague my v I have been dealing with East Hills Dodge since I purchased my Durango two years ago. A few weeks ago a couple of minor issues started to plague my vehicle I was not able to contact the service department using the email I had on file. So I went ahead and email Tony Kullawattana in sales ( he had sold me the vehicle two years ago). Tony, not only got me the new contact information for the service department, he also contacted them for me. The same afternoon, I got a phone call from the service department with a date to take my vehicle for repair and to pick up a loaner vehicle. Mike Piscope was very helpful, curtious and professional. He went the extra mile to make sure all the issues were fixed. Overall I had a great experience at East Hills Dodge of Greenvale. Gualberto Figueroa Elmont, NY More
NIGHTMARE. I leased a brand new car in January from this dealership and unfortunately had an accident on April 13, 2016. I thought it was best to bring it back t I leased a brand new car in January from this dealership and unfortunately had an accident on April 13, 2016. I thought it was best to bring it back to the dealership where I leased it from and have them repair it; although I could have brought it anywhere. It is now May 24, 2016, and I still do not have my car and my rental reimbursement has since run out. I asked the general manger, and the owner to reimburse me for the remaining days I need to rent a car until my car is ready (which is supposed to be tomorrow May 25th) and was told it is not their fault my car isn't ready. However, apparently, there is some animosity between the auto body shop the dealership uses, and the parts manager, Anthony, so my car is stuck somewhere in the middle. The auto body said they are waiting on the parts to be ordered from the parts manager. When I spoke to the parts manager he did not sound sincere so when the auto body shop told me they do not get along, I can understand why there is a delay in getting parts ordered. I was told this would be a two week repair. I can understand another week or so for unexpected issues, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I got zero sympathy from the general manager, Judy Burr. I cannot believe she is the person in charge to deal with problems. She is rude and condescending. I am frustrated beyond words because this was a dealership that I thought was a place I would refer friends to and be a return customer because of their sales people who could not have been nicer; however, now given this experience I WOULD NOT use them again when my lease is up. I think the few days I have to pay out of pocket for a rental should be covered by the dealership and they would have had a long time customer giving out referrals to others; but now they will get the opposite. Very disappointed. More
