Thank you service dept. Michael I had an issue with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. I phoned the service department and spoke with Michael Cartelli. He gave me an appointment immediately I had an issue with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. I phoned the service department and spoke with Michael Cartelli. He gave me an appointment immediately and when I arrived he knew exactly why I was there. He explain thoroughly what they would be doing prior to taking my car and then also when they completed the job. He was very well mannered and friendly and definitely gave service with a smile. A man of his word and goes out of his way to make the customer satisfied. Too bad my salesman when I purchased my Jeep (who is no longer there- thank God) was not as good as Mike, however Mike made up for my experience with the salesman. So yes, I will continue to go to East Hills being they proved themselves to be a great dealership now. More

I did not purchase my Jeep from East Hills but based on the DealerRater reviews, I decided that this would Marc Seigel is a fantastic Service Writer. I did not purchase my Jeep from East Hills but based on the DealerRater reviews, I decided that this would be my home dealership for all of my services. My vehicle was exhibiting some issues in regards to the heated seats/steering wheel, as well as some audible noises when going over bumps. Marc politely greeted me on my arrival and made sure to keep me up to date with any progressions. Although East Hills is 25 miles away from my home, I will continue to service my vehicle at their location as their customer service and courteous staff are second to none! More

Very good service. Went to the service department without an appointment due to an issue with brakes. Mike Cartelli fit me in for the service within an hour. In addition to brakes, the car was inspected and a oil change was performed. While waiting for the service to be completed, Mike came in to the waiting room a few times to let me know the status. At the end of the service, he spent time with me going over all the charges. A real gentleman. More
