Marc in service is the best! I recently called to bring my vehicle in for a recall and an oil change. It is usually very difficult for me to find a good time to make an appointmen I recently called to bring my vehicle in for a recall and an oil change. It is usually very difficult for me to find a good time to make an appointment and be without a car because I have two small children and the dealer is 45 mins from my house. Marc made it very easy to find something that worked for me. He was very patient, kind and helpful. I have dealt with several people in the service department and Marc was BY FAR the friendliest. The mechanic, Frank, that actually worked on my car also came out to explain to my husband and I what was actually done and made us both feel that everything was taken care of.
