His customer services skills were excellent -- he kept us informed as the car was being diagnosed, provided clear and detailed explanations of the repairs to be done, and provided ongoing communication concerning the arrival of the parts and when the job would be completed. His follow-through was flawless. We have been servicing our cars at East Hills for numerous years, and I can say with confidence that Marc is a much-needed addition to the staff. More

All the service associates that I have dealt with are attentive to my vehicles service needs and are always courteous and respectful. Their Service Manager, and former Service Associate, Jon Piansky has always been very supportive of my maintenance needs and for the special work I requested. Also, most recently, Marc Seigel has been very helpful in advising me of some off-road add-on's I had requested East Hills to install. Marc is excellent at what he does. Two of their techs that I got to meet who installed these add-on's, Anthony and Frank, performed these upgrades with superior and professional workmanship. I also have to mention Eric who welcomes me when I first arrive at East Hills Service vehicle check-in, he's a true gentleman and I consider a valued personal asset to East Hills. More

This past Saturday I went to purchase another Grand Cherokee, 2016, One of the main reasons I made the purchase at East Hills was to have the car serviced under his direction. I know if I have any issues, he will take proper care of it and that degree of safety and and that degree of comfortability you can't put a price tag on. He and the dealership is TRUSTWORTHY. More
