Great Service! I brought my car in for another oil change as always the service department was great. Although I didn't have an appointment they took me within 15 mi I brought my car in for another oil change as always the service department was great. Although I didn't have an appointment they took me within 15 minutes which I greatly appreciated. I would always highly recommend this dealership. More

Above and Beyond Michael Casey (My Service Advisor) has been exceptional. I have an ongoing issue with my 2014 Jeep.and I felt like he made it his personal mission to Michael Casey (My Service Advisor) has been exceptional. I have an ongoing issue with my 2014 Jeep.and I felt like he made it his personal mission to rectify the problem and that he actually cared. i wasn't just another customer. He has been very patient with trying to rectify the issue. It also feels like I am riding in a brand new car. They definitely have an extraordinary team over at East Hills Jeep. I am looking to Purchase another Jeep early next year and this will be where I will make that purchase and will go back to Michael Casey when it comes to service More

From their incredibly welcoming front staff to their managers and service writer (Kevin Chang) I was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. Kevin Chang informed me multiple times a day on my truck progress and was dead on accurate on when I would receive my truck back. Loaner car was provided until the work on my truck was completed. Service and repairs performed exceeded my expectations, I'm extremely happy I chose Easthills Chrysler/jeep and would recommended it to everyone!! More

Excellent!!! I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for oil change. Unfortunately I did not purchase my vehicle from East Hills, I started taking my car to East I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for oil change. Unfortunately I did not purchase my vehicle from East Hills, I started taking my car to East Hills because the service department from where I did purchase my vehicle from (BS <--- one word, not that one) was horrible ... I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. So thank you Marc Siegel at the service department for your professional and excellent customer service. More
