Worst service EVER I had made an appointment for an oil change for 1:00pm. I called to see if I was able to come earlier and was told no problem. I arrived at 11:45am. I had made an appointment for an oil change for 1:00pm. I called to see if I was able to come earlier and was told no problem. I arrived at 11:45am. I was told it was over an hour and a half wait before I would be done with my service. At that point I was already there and figured I would wait it out. At 1:45pm I asked the service advisor how much longer my car would be. He told me My car was about to be taken in and it should be about 20 minutes. 40 minutes later my car was finally done. This is NOT the first time I have had this problem and NOTHING away done to make it better. I waited over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. There was no service manager there and when I spoke with the sales manager I was apologized to but again nothing to fix the situation. The service center at east hills does not stick to appointments at all. I was told Making an appointment is a tentative reservation and cannot be a guarantee the time your car is serviced. I will NEVER buy another jeep and I am currently looking for a new service center as well!!!!!! More

Excellent Service I brought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee in for inspection and service on Friday 11/4/16 and I had some reservations regarding what to expect as in the past I I brought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee in for inspection and service on Friday 11/4/16 and I had some reservations regarding what to expect as in the past I had always worked with John Piansky with whom I had absolute trust. John had been bumped up to the service manager position since my last visit. In just a few short minutes, I realized that working with Michael Cartelli would be an equally pleasurable experience. Mr. Cartelli constantly updated me regarding the service and computer upgrades needed, and in a very short time I was back on the road back home. I am glad for John on his well deserved promotion, and am very pleased in dealing now with Michael as my new service rep. I will not lose his business card I can assure you.
