Service Center Took my car in for it's 6 month service and NYS Safety Inspection, and I was going to wait for it. Though I paid a bit more than I anticipated, the service was done quickly and, as much i can tell, correctly. I had them look at one of my mirrors which freezes closed in the cold weather. I honestly expected them to tell me it's OK and that that is normal when it gets below freezing, they told me the technician didn't really like the movement and they are replacing it under warranty, I just need to wait for it to come in. The service advisor who assisted me was friendly and informative. While there I also had to take care of my Extended Warranty, so I had to talk with Arnie. He is a great guy and he is very honest with you and helpful in picking the correct plan that would suit my needs best. Over all a great experience. More
