WORSE DEALER AND EMPLOYEES Jessie Berbig and Adam in finance at the time did an amazing job with y 2 car purchases within a month and a half. When it comes to managers and service department and the service manager Jon Piansky, are by the worse people to work with or talk to. Jon do not help anyone and yet just gets upset and walks away from everything and cant man up and have a conversation and or get something addressed and fixed. But no he is so rud and nasty and definity should not be a service manager. Also Kevin Chang was not a nice guy as well, he had and attitude as well and was super nasty when talking back to me. They do not call anyone back, they don't do anything to help anyone, as well and don't live up to anything they say. My car was in the shop getting fixed a couple time and when I went to pick up my car they had kept damageing my car. everytime I had gone back over the period of 3 and a half months straight, they would be more damage and I would just get back in the loaner and leave again for them to fix the car. After all the damage they have done on my car, it turns out that the whole left, right and rear of thr car was painted in the end do to all the damages that they have done to my car. I even contacted chryslar capital and they gave me the run around and gave me different case workers, they didn't fill eachother in so had to eep starting over. They kept asking me to bring car as they will fix it and fter the 3rd time and loosing 3rd day of work I gave up with this company. Thay asking if iw anted to buy the car and I was like you are nuts for me to buy a car that you crap dealer painted and the paint is flacking off. I would never buy that car and I fell back for the next owner of that car.. They would not help with anything and I mentioned if you don't help I will get out of my lease early and never go back to this company again. and so they told me Tuesday they can not help me, and Saturday I went and got rid of that car and when to a different brand where I got treated great like they actually wants customer to be happy and not this crap company. After all the cars I have bought throught this company I would not reccomenned anyone to get a car from this company and if you really love the company then would definity not recommened from this dealer at all. More

Total wait time was about 45min to get the service consultation, oil change, NYS inspection, and tire rotation. I have been other dealerships and typically waited for more than two hours to get these done so I was very impressed.. And Michael Casey is a great service advisor! Charlie makes sure to take care of everything, from caring about me to fixing my vehicle that has had some bad luck this year... I feel comfortable calling him and putting him in charge regarding my jeep... he is completely honest when sharing his opinion on services that must be done in order to stay in my budget and maintain a safe vehicle.... Is spoke with Kevin Chang and he was extremely helpful and personable. Not only was he able to quickly have the trunk fixed, but he also noticed I needed an update on my shifter. He was able to help solve my problem and even help with an issue I didn't know I had. My experience with this dealership has be excellent since the inception of my lease and will definitely be going back when it's time to renew! More
