Great service When I arrived at east hills jeep, there was a line but I was greeted by Stephen Petrowski in service and he said he would be with me in a minute. He had advised me he would be right back, he was getting information from my car. He advised me of the issue with my car and kept me updated with the whole process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend going back to see Stephen. More

Excellent customer service I brought my Grand Cherokee in for service. Was very nicely greeted by Stephen in the Service Dept. Went through everything that I was bringing in t I brought my Grand Cherokee in for service. Was very nicely greeted by Stephen in the Service Dept. Went through everything that I was bringing in the jeep for service. He informed me that there was also a recall that needed to be done. He then helped me set up the loaner car and helped me get something comparable to what i usually drive since the jeep was probably going to be there a couple of days. When the service was done he called me personally to explain what had to be done and what it would cost me. When I went to pick up my Jeep I was again greeted by Stephen and he again explained all the work done and the costs and helped me understand it all, since I am not very car savvy. Stephen went above and beyond to help me and make sure it all went smoothly. I will def be using the service dept for all my Jeep needs and hope to get to work with Stephen. More

Great Service! Brought my 2015 Chrysler 200 in for its' 30,000 mile service. While it was there they informed me of a very serious oil leak. My car is 3 months out o Brought my 2015 Chrysler 200 in for its' 30,000 mile service. While it was there they informed me of a very serious oil leak. My car is 3 months out of warranty. so I was worried about the cost. Marc Siegel let me know that he had contacted Chrysler and they would cover the cost of the repair as if it was still under warranty. Thank you Marc, and thank you Chrysler for helping me out this way. More
Emergency Tow My 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down and was taken to Manhattan Jeep and when they looked at it, i was told by Manhattan Jeep that i had got an afte My 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down and was taken to Manhattan Jeep and when they looked at it, i was told by Manhattan Jeep that i had got an after market oil change, and that the oil filter housing was not covered under warranty. I then had to pay Manhattan Jeep the diagnostics fee before getting the my jeep towed. I then had my Jeep towed over to East Hills, where i had initially purchased it and had it serviced. After having the vehicle dropped off at East Hills, I was greeted by Kevin Chang, he was very helpful, he had gotten me into a loaner vehicle until my jeep was fixed. He called me 2 days after to let me know what the problem was and that my jeep was fixed and I can come pick it up. When I went back to pick my Jeep up, he explained to me the problem, and it was in fact covered by the warranty of the Jeep. He later told me the steps to get reimbursed for the payment I had made in Manhattan. I will highly recommend Kevin Chang. I will go back. More

I brought it to the service center with I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited that I have to first say I didn't purchase from this dealership. I brought it to the service center with a 3rd party warranty ( bought it used from a Nissan dealership). The service associate at this location (Michael Casey) treated me like I was one of their own. I have had multiple services with them and I'm never disappointed. Hands down the BEST experience I've ever received from a dealership. He handled my claim, serviced my Wrangler and had it back to me same day. I highly recommend them and WILL DEFINITELY buy my next jeep from East Hills! Thanks Mike! You're the BEST!!! More
Excellent service I had my Jeep towed in after the alternator fried (recall). I worked with Marc Siegel who went over the recall as well as all of the other maintena I had my Jeep towed in after the alternator fried (recall). I worked with Marc Siegel who went over the recall as well as all of the other maintenance I had not done. I only changed the oil locally and left everything else but honestly - I knew I had issues. No air flow, bad gas mileage, all fluids low and dirty, really rough ride and brakes on their way out. Marc was sensitive to costs and walked through the "really have to do this", 'Should consider these and the benefits" as well as "if you want to wait and follow up on these". He really didn't pressure but I did go for everything that I let slide. It rides like a dream and I am very happy . More
