Best Service ever! Never disappointed coming here. Michael Casey always takes great care of me. Satisfied customer! I brought my Jeep into East Hills because I was rear-ended and needed work done. From the start, even before I brought my car in since I was waiting o I brought my Jeep into East Hills because I was rear-ended and needed work done. From the start, even before I brought my car in since I was waiting on the insurance adjustors, Marc was very friendly and I felt comfortable bringing my car in. I would call with questions, and Marc answered each question in a timely manner, even if he had to call someone else to find out. Faulty brakes Recently brought my 2016 Grand Cherokee in for a brake check and a recall . Recall was preformed with no issues, but was advised of East Hills policy Recently brought my 2016 Grand Cherokee in for a brake check and a recall . Recall was preformed with no issues, but was advised of East Hills policy on brakes was 12 months or 12000 miles . My vehicle has 11300 miles and I have had it for approximately 20 months. Therefore they would have to charge me for the brake inspection. This is my second Grand Cherokee from East Hills and that 2013 was returned with approximately 30000 miles and brakes were fine. Apparently Jeep is using inferior parts now. I brought my vehicle to a trusted local and was show that all four rotors were bad and needed to be replaced. $600 dollars later brakes are now fine. Disappointed with East Hills policy and will have to rethink my next lease. Richard, Port Washington NY More
