While getting some maintenance upgrades and basic repairs done, I had the assistance of the incomparable Michael Casey on the last 3 occasions and the assistance of Stephen Petrowski on a week where Michael was on vacation. The level of help, communication among the team and with myself is top noch and the palpable spirit of customer service and excellence throughout was second to none. My vehicle (besides needing service), requiered parts to be ordered and was notified why, when they would arrive and called to make appointments when they did arrive by Jon Piansky, the Service Manager. Service was always done in a timely manner and the handling of my car was done with the utmost care. Booking the appointment was very easy, the agent was professional. The day of the service, I arrived earlier than scheduled but I was still welcomed by Marc Siegel. What a wonderful man. He is very professional and friendly. He was very helpful in letting me know what are my options, helped me with my concerns and even helped me get an extended warranty that will definitely come in handy. I felt appreciated by him and his great service. Honestly that’s the reason why I commute so far from Brooklyn, 26 miles each way. I will continue to do so because I am very satisfied with the service done on my car and the customer service given to me. More
